The stem-export problem:
When you export stems one by one, the mix bus and group buses respond differently. Compression, limiting, saturation, multiband dynamics, and shared effects all change—so even when the stems are recombined, they can lose the glue, balance, and carefully finessed details of the full mix.
SUMMER’s novel stem-reconstruction algorithm rebuilds the stems as a matched set while preserving their original layout. Drop in your final mix and exported stems. Play the SUMMER stems together and they’re identical to your full mix—place them alongside the phase-inverted full mix, and everything cancels to complete silence.
Why stems change
Your mix-bus processing hears the whole song. A soloed stem does not trigger it the same way.
That’s why copying the master chain onto every stem still doesn’t recreate the approved mix. The result can be louder, flatter, less glued, or out of balance.
SUMMER starts with the files you already export. It rebuilds them into the same number of stems, preserving your handoff while making their combined playback match the final mix.

This web player uses lossless FLAC files to reduce loading time without changing the audio. Download the WAV files below if you want the uncompressed 30-second source excerpts.
Workflow-agnostic
SUMMER works with stems exported from any DAW—or even printed through an analog desk. Because it reads the audio files themselves, no combination of plug-ins, bus processing, shared effects, or mixer routing is too complex for SUMMER.
Made to move between rooms
SUMMER is for every handoff where someone needs control without losing the sound that was already approved.
Give music editors room to rebalance, shorten, and adapt a cue without handing over a weaker version of the approved music.
Send mastering stems with genuine control over the record while preserving the finished mix when every stem is played together.
Share beats, bass, music, vocals, and effects with a collaborator—without the combined stem session sounding different from your bounce.
When you receive the final mix and stems from your mixer, SUMMER gives you a set you can rebalance, replace, or build on later—without reopening the mix session or asking the mixer for another pass.
Archive your SUMMER stems alongside the project. Years later, you can return to a fully playable stem set that still adds up exactly to the approved mix—even if the original session or plug-ins no longer open.
Perform with a complete, flexible stem set that recreates the approved mix when played together. Mute, solo, or rebalance parts onstage without beginning from compromised stem exports.
